For each Electoral Map you chose, answer the following questions:
1) What were the results of the election? Which was closer: popular vote or electoral vote?
2) What, if any, role did third party candidates play in the election?
3) What important characteristics of the Electoral College are evident in the election? (i.e. Popular vote unimportant, vote splitting for third party candidates, home state advantage, incumbency advantage, etc.)
